Positive: Eine sehr gute ausgewählte und geschmackvolle Ausstattung. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter verlief immer schnell und reibungslos ( kurzfristig eine Verlängerung des Aufenthaltes gewünscht). Unsere Gruppe war sehr zufrieden. Wir können diese Unterkunft unbedingt weiterempfehlen.

Ideal für einen Städtetrip nach Hamburg Positive: Die Wohnung war sehr gut ausgestattet, es gab zusätzlich Kaffee und Tee sowie genug Küchenrolle und Klopapier. Die Betten waren sehr bequem. Es war sauber und die Lage war optimal Direkt neben einem Einkaufszentrum gelegen. Negative: Nichts

Positive: Sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtete, helle und freundliche Wohnung. Wir würden es wieder buchen und können es nur weiterempfehlen

A disappointing stay due to major construction Positive: The apartment itself was in good condition and matched the photos, which was a positive aspect – though be aware there is noticeable traffic noise from the surroundings. However, there was no access to the outdoor areas shown in the pictures, which was disappointing. Negative: We were looking forward to staying in a great apartment, which we had booked four months in advance to ensure we could find a nice place for our visit to Hamburg. A month before our stay, we were informed about some renovation work. However, we were not offered the option to rebook, and the reservation was non-refundable. Since it sounded like only minor disturbance, we decided to wait and see, and kept the booking. Upon arrival, it turned out that the company renting out the apartment had started major renovations in all the surrounding units. There was dust everywhere in the stairwell. On the second day, it became clear that the construction work was extensive and extremely disruptive. We were woken up around 7:30 a.m. by intense demolition work that made the walls, floors, and even the bed shake. The noise was so loud that we could hardly speak to each other, and it went on for hours, making it impossible to stay in the apartment. We contacted the owner, who acknowledged the issue and informed us that we could now cancel for free. Unfortunately, it was nearly impossible to find another fully equipped apartment for six people during the high season that wasn’t too far from Hamburg. Lacking better options, we decided to stay after being promised that the noise would be reduced – especially in the mornings. We were also promised a 25% discount due to the inconvenience. While the noise did decrease slightly, it was still far from a pleasant experience. To make matters worse, the promised discount has yet to be refunded (it’s now a month ago we were promised it, and I have written several follow-ups). I’m beginning to doubt whether we will ever receive it. All in all, this was a bad experience, and under and under the circumstances, I cannot recommend this place. In my opinion, the apartment should not have been rented out at all during this period – discount or not.
